Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in Dongguan, China, under the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC). The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and VAPEODMFACTORY regarding the Services.
